1. Service Activation. Service is activated after payment verification. For mobile wallets (bKash/Nagad/Rocket), please provide a valid Transaction ID and keep the sender number reachable for verification.

2. Fair Usage & Content Policy. No illegal, abusive, or copyrighted content without permission. Any activity that harms server/network stability may be suspended without prior notice.

3. Refunds. If we fail to deliver the promised service, you can request a refund within 7 days. Payment gateway/transfer fees are non-refundable.

4. Billing Cycle. Prices shown are monthly unless stated. Yearly or custom billing can be arranged on request.

5. Backups. We recommend keeping your own backups. Optional backup services are available in add-ons.

6. Support. 24/7 ticket/email support for outages. General queries are handled during business hours.

7. Abuse & Suspension. We reserve the right to suspend/terminate services violating these terms or local/international laws.
